AJMAN, 28th August / WAM / The Umm Al-Momineen Association in Ajman, in cooperation with the Ajman Business Women Council, organized the Emirati Women’s Forum under the slogan “An inspiring reality..
A sustainable future.”
The forum was attended at the Ajman Center for Entrepreneurship by Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, member of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and President of the Ajman Business Women Council, Asma Shahdad, Executive Director of the Mother of the Faithful Association, members of the Board of Directors of Ajman Businesswomen, a number of women, entrepreneurs and members of the Umm al-Muminin Association .
Dr. Amna Khalifa, in a speech on this occasion, said: “The Emirati Women’s Day is a culmination and gratitude for what women offer for the leadership and advancement of their country, and that women’s contributions to the economic sector demonstrate the position that Emirati women have reached in all fields of work, as women have reached various leadership and supervisory positions, achieving qualitative achievements provided by the wise leadership to empower women, since the approach established by the founder of the state, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul”, to empower women and enhance their leadership to become a global example to be emulated.
During her speech, Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali congratulated Emirati women and stressed the need to give, continue to excel and contribute to the comprehensive renaissance. She also emphasized the role of women in building the individual and society and instilling good values and habits, and its reflection on improving the quality of life and promoting happiness and positivity.
For her part, Asma Shahdad, Executive Director of the Mother of the Believers Association, praised the efforts of the Ajman Businesswomen Council in organizing this forum on this occasion, which represents an immortal day in the march of Emirati women. In gratitude for the leadership that provided women with all the care, support and attention that raises their status to the ranks of the world, providing a unique model in national giving in all fields.
The forum aims to shed light on the active role of women in building society and their ability to overcome difficulties and push them towards continuing to achieve the highest gains for themselves and their society.
Under the titles “Inspiring Reality”, “Emirati Sanaa” and “Loan Al-Baraq’a, Zina and Hismah”, the forum’s topics and workshops reviewed the career path of entrepreneur Sheikha Al-Ali, where she presented the audience with an overview of the ingredients for the success of an entrepreneur. Moza Rashid Khalifa presented her experience while Moza bin Hudayba, and Maryam Rashid Khaseef, types of burqas, classification of burqa parts, and how to cut and sew the burqa.
Saudi businessman Mohammed Amir Saeed expressed his congratulations to the Emirati woman on this occasion.
