According to figures published this Wednesday by Pôle emploi, the number of job seekers in category A – i.e. without any activity – fell by 0.6% (-18,100) in the second quarter and by 15.6% over a year. Among those under 25, the unemployment rate remained stable in the first half of 2022, and fell by 22.8% over one year.
