Rental income between January and September for their part amounted to 46.9 million while over the first six months, the firm had recorded 30.7 million.
The real estate company Epic Suisse saw the value of its operational real estate portfolio increase to 1.45 billion francs at the end of September, after 1.43 billion francs at the end of last year. The value of Epic’s portfolio, including properties under construction, is 1.49 billion, announced Monday the company listed since the end of May on the Swiss Stock Exchange.

The IFRS net asset value stood at 814 million as of September 30, compared to 578 million in December 2021.
When publishing the half-year figures, Epic had indicated that it wanted to garner more than 60 million in rental income in 2022.
