The 26-year-old girl uploaded a video to her Instagram account wearing a set of sportswear while showing some of the exercises she performs.
He also wrote a profound message about acceptance. “I started to see changes in my body with training when I stopped focusing on what I wanted to change about my physique and being grateful for everything my body allows me to do,” said the influencer.
“Enjoy the process and use it as a distraction, not a problem,” he added.
