“Experience Music” workshops inspired schoolchildren.
Rhythmic stamping, clapping and snapping, accordion sounds and rousing songs were heard in the Mary Ward elementary school building during the last weeks of school. The students were able to experience the power of music up close in the “Experience MUSIC” workshops with Volker Gallasch. In an energetic mix of body percussion, singing, dancing and playing instruments, the children could feel the joy of musical expression. Together they produced sounds with their voices and their own bodies.
“I thought it was very, very, very beautiful!” Bianca said happily. “That was my favorite project,” said Fabio. “The lessons were excellent”, Theo was also enthusiastic.
