When visiting Europa-Park Rust, it is usually not just the entrance fee that counts. Two YouTubers test what budget you need for a day in the park for food and the like.

Rust – A visit to the Europa-Park is something special for many fans – also because of the rising ticket prices. If you don’t want to experience a rude awakening while staying in Rust, you should calculate the costs for admission, food, drinks and snacks in advance. YouTuber Vivi Bing and her friend Kevin tested how far you can get in the park with 100 euros. They show the result in the video.

Money can already be saved when entering the park, as Vivi explains at the beginning of the video. The day ticket for adults costs 75 euros on site, online you can get it for a whole 10 euros less. Vivi books her online ticket when she is already in front of the park entrance gates, using her smartphone, as well BW24.de reported. “I’m a little saver,” she admits. She quickly pays a visit to the parking machine. There is less going on there in the morning than after the park closes. “The ticket costs 8 euros.”

Europa-Park: You can save money on drinks – YouTuber Vivi knows an insider tip

After buying the entrance ticket and parking ticket, Vivi still has 27 euros left. “Let’s see what we can do with it,” she says. After visiting a few attractions, the Youtuber noticed that she didn’t have any water with her. Fortunately, she can access an insider tip from the TikToker donixde To fall back on. He recently stated how to save “more than 50 percent” when buying water at Europa-Park: In the “Glückskind Lounge” of Drugstore dm you can get a liter of water for only 1.20 euros in a tetrapack – and thus significantly cheaper than in the rest of the park. Vivi also stocks up on “Babylove water”. After that, her budget is still 25.80 euros.

When it starts to rain, Vivi and her companion warm up with “Snorri Tours”. “Snorri likes the rainy weather, but I’m not a big fan of it,” she admits. “That’s why I got myself a delicious cappuccino right across the street from the Fjord restaurant – it costs 3.60 euros.” Interim result: 22.20 euros remaining budget.

After a wild roller coaster ride on Bluefire and Wodan, Vivi considers what she would like to spend her remaining budget on. The virtual reality adventure “Yullbe” requires an additional six euros. However, as she says, Vivi would rather use the money for food. “I’m a little hungry too,” she admits. Since it’s still raining, she decides to go to the “Bamboe Baai” restaurant. “Because it’s raining, we go in there, although the Batavia is a bit cheaper.” The Bamboe Baii is also “very nice to sit on”. She pays 12.20 euros for the vegan rice bowl. “That means I now have a total of 10 euros left for dessert and souvenirs.” She deliberately decided not to have a drink with the meal, since she was already equipped with a tetrapack from the Glückskind lounge.

“The food was definitely delicious. Very fresh and also a good portion,” sums up the YouTuber after her visit to Bamboe Baai. “Shows are definitely good for digestion – and I think I’ll watch the ice cream show first.” As she leaves the show, Vivi decides to treat herself to ice cream for dessert. “A scoop of ice cream – I think that’s in it. I would say we’ll get something tasty and fruity.” The YouTuber pays 2.20 euros for a scoop of melon ice cream in a cup. “A proud price,” she thinks. You still have 7.80 euros for merch. However, since many items in the fan shops are either above her budget or do not appeal to her, she ultimately decides against an impulse purchase.

Europa-Park: YouTuber draws conclusions from the budget test and also expresses criticism

“Let’s come to the conclusion: With 100 euros you can definitely get along quite well in Europa-Park,” concludes Vivi. “I also had a really good breakfast beforehand, so I didn’t go to the park on an empty stomach.” Her only point of criticism: the price for fan articles. “There was some merch that I thought was really cool. But it ended up being much more expensive than my budget allowed for.” Nevertheless, she sees the 7.80 euros that she saved as positive.
