According to AMD, having 3D V-Cache on each of the two CCDs will not help improve game performance. For these reasons, it seems that 3D V-Cache was finally installed in only one CCD.

One might imagine that two CCDs with 3D V-Cache would improve performance even more, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be that easy.
