Police say a woman was shot and killed at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta on Nov. 13, 2023.
ATLANTA – Atlanta police are investigating a fatal shooting at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta located at 265 Peachtree Street NE.
Officers found a woman, believed to be in her mid- to late 20s, just following 8 p.m. Monday shot there in the downtown hotel district, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
Medical personnel confirmed her death at the scene.

Investigators say the deadly shooting started as an argument on the way to a car with a man, who she knew, opening fire.
The gunman, who has not been identified, was on the run as of late Monday evening.
