Health Affairs at the Ministry of National Guard announced offering (20) administrative positions for secondary school students and above (without experience) to work under the title (logistical assistant) in a number of regions of the Kingdom as follows:
the conditions:
– The applicant must be a Saudi national.
– High school diploma or higher (high school, diploma, bachelor)
Proficiency in using computer programs.
Pass a medical examination and a fitness test.
Availability of a valid driver’s license.
– Good level of English (beginner and above).
Functional tasks:
Provide support to other staff in the area, as required or as directed by the supervisor.
– Assist with stock rotation, stock withdrawal and delivery to user departments – Adhere to appropriate delivery timeframes.
Maintain a clean and protected environment for all stocks in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Ministry of Public Health.
– Assisting in annual and periodic inventories and inventory preparation.
Follow rack stocking and stock rotation procedures to ensure proper compliance.
Assist in coordinating stock transfers.
– Operate and handle equipment as needed.
Assisting in setting up stores and sites for other departments.
Assist in receiving merchandise and applying stock labels as directed.
Assist in loading and unloading of vendor or department trucks.
Act as a backup to the direct supervisor.
– Perform other duties related to the job.
