This bug is that when fTPM (Firmware TPM) is enabled on Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems in AMD Ryzen environment, the following stutters (interruption of video and sound, stuttering) occur randomly.

AMD has been trying to fix this bug with a BIOS update.announcementIt will be fixed by applying the BIOS containing AGESA 1.2.0.7 (also known as AGESA 1207 / AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.7) and later versions.

As of June 2022, BIOS including AGESA 1.2.0.7 has been released by each motherboard manufacturer such as ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, etc. and can be downloaded.
