Florida police arrested two boys who were playing with a loaded gun

Two 12-year-old boys were arrested in Oak Hill, Florida, for allegedly firing a pistol on a vacant lot and pointing it at a motorist with children inside.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, several bystanders who contacted them via 911 to report a detonation.

When the sheriff’s deputy arrived at the scene, he heard several shots so he drew his pistol and set out to find those responsible.

Through the body cam of the police, it is possible to hear the request of the officer to the minors: “Up the hands! Stop running right now.”, the agent can be heard as she approached the vacant lot. “Come to me right now!”

The minors respond to the officer and indicate that they have a real gun.

“It’s a real gun. We were shooting over here. Someone said we could do it.”one of the minors is heard saying as he leaves the lot with his hands up.

Both boys were arrested and charged with discharging a firearm. and possession of a firearm by a person under the age of 16.

According to the police, Four shell casings and a pistol were found at the scene.

The minor who allegedly pointed the gun at a motorist who had several children inside and was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.

Both children, whose names were not released, are in a Florida juvenile detention center.

This is not the first time that the police have arrested a minor, a few days ago the image of a 10-year-old boy with his hands handcuffed went around the world because his face was exposed.
