Now it’s official: Formula 1 is returning to Las Vegas. The premier class has already revealed when and where exactly the race is to be held in the US metropolis.
Formula 1 continues to expand in the USA and will host a third race in Las Vegas from the 2023 season. This was announced by the premier class at a press conference in the gambling metropolis on Thursday night, European time.
The Grand Prix is to take place as a night race on a Saturday evening in November. Two Formula 1 races were held in Las Vegas in 1981 and 1982.
“This is an incredible moment for Formula 1. A third race shows the huge appeal and growth of our sport in the United States,” said Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali.

The Las Vegas circuit will run across the world-famous “Strip” and will be 6.12 km long, contain 14 corners and three long straights that will allow speeds in excess of 342 km/h. 50 laps are driven.

Miami Grand Prix celebrates premiere
