Fortinet and Aramco have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen industrial cybersecurity, focusing on the localization of digital defense solutions and the development of specialized talent within Saudi Arabia. This partnership aims to enhance the security and resilience of operational technology environments through collaborative research and the potential deployment of cloud services.

The agreement between the global cybersecurity firm and the energy company centers on addressing the specific challenges faced by industrial sectors. By establishing this proposed collaboration, the organizations intend to share knowledge, best practices, and technologies to combat emerging threats.
