ÖVP Interior Minister Karner missed the opportunity to uncover Turkish pseudo-citizens

Vienna (OTS) “The riots and excesses of fundamentally fanatic groups from the area of Turkish immigrants in the wake of Recep Erdogan’s electoral success show how firmly the Turkish counter-society is anchored in Austria. Once again, the failure of the SPÖ and ÖVP on the subject of immigration and integration is evident, ”reacted FPÖ federal party chairman Klubobmann NAbg. Herbert Kickl on the recent riots in Vienna.

“It also shows in full harshness who the SPÖ and ÖVP have allowed into the country and who Babler, Doskozil and Ludwig want to continue promoting – tens of thousands of fanatical male immigrants who can be organized immediately. A danger to freedom and democracy that should not be underestimated,” Kickl warned and continued: “It is also completely incomprehensible why ÖVP Interior Minister Karner did not take the polls for the Turkish election in Austria as an opportunity to urge voters to dual citizenship, which in the true sense yes bogus citizenships are to be checked.”

“The audacity of the fanatics is the result of the weakness of the SPÖ and ÖVP and also the result of decades of neglect on the subject of integration. Such events after a Turkish election make the existence of counter-societies visible to everyone. ÖVP and SPÖ have long since lost all control. Last night showed that thousands of Turkish fanatics can blockade our capital within a very short time and without warning – once again the state security under an ÖVP interior minister has failed completely,” emphasized Kickl.
