FPÖ – Stefan: Law in female form is a strange ideological experiment | Freedom Parliamentary Club

“Laws are not a playground for gender-ideological left-wing experiments and it is regrettable that the ÖVP lends itself to this as a majority procurer.”

Vienna (OTS) “The ‘Flexible Corporation’ Act does not make founding any easier, on the contrary, it is extremely complex. In order to give employees tax advantages for their investments, especially in start-ups, you wouldn’t have to invent a new corporate form – that would have been and has been solved in tax law. In addition, the introduction of a new form of certificate will limit the quality of the commercial register and the high standards of money laundering prevention. “I think that the fact that this law is written in a purely female form is a strange ideological experiment that is completely inappropriate and is neither in the interests of the majority of the population nor in the interests of all those who have to ‘work’ with such legal texts,” emphasized today FPÖ justice spokesman NAbg. Harald Stefan.

Laws are not a playground for gender-ideological green experiments, “but ideally they should be understandable and clear – for many, many years,” Stefan continued. The liberal justice spokesman also recalled the many variants of the gender madness pushed by a minority, which is not only rejected by the majority of the population, but also comes at the expense of the readability and clarity of the language: “Internal I, asterisk, underline, colon – what will ‘modern’ be next? And what will the readability be like? What will apply then?” said the liberal justice spokesman.

“On the left, people want to impose the shrill agenda of a tiny but louder minority on society. The majority of the population doesn’t want that. That is clear. To encourage ‘asterisk-underline-colon’ lobbying with this ideological experiment that has become law is the wrong approach – and there are many other arguments against it. In any case, it is regrettable that the ÖVP is offering itself as the majority procurer for this socio-political experiment. And therefore it is no wonder that conservative voters are turning away from her,” explained Stefan.
