President of Krasnodar Sergey Galitsky wrote a statement about his resignation from the executive committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) for health reasons. This was told to journalists by the President of the RFU Alexander Dyukov.
“Galitsky wrote a statement about his resignation from the executive committee for health reasons. You noticed that this year he did not take part in the executive committees. He said that he physically could not take part and it was unethical for him to be listed. The statement was accepted by me and the executive committee, ”- quotes Dyukov “Match TV”.
The next meeting of the executive committee of the RFU was held in Moscow on December 23.
Galitsky in September last year told, which, due to illness, irregularly attends home matches of Krasnodar. However, he did not specify what kind of disease it was.
