The editor-in-chief of Gazeta.ru Sergey Rybka left his post. Irina Sigova, his deputy, will act as interim editor-in-chief. This was reported TASS in the press service of Rambler & Co.

“Sergey Rybka will continue his career outside the Rambler & Co media holding. He made the decision to leave his post at the beginning of March, but, in agreement with the management, he worked until mid-April, ”the Rambler & Co report says.

Sergey Rybka became editor-in-chief of Gazeta.ru instead of Olga Alekseeva in 2019. He worked as an editor and correspondent on the radio “Moscow speaking”, a correspondent for the Russian News Service.

Irina Sigova was the deputy editor-in-chief of Gazeta.ru. According to Rambler&Co, she began her career as a correspondent for the publication, worked as the editor-in-chief of Vesti FM Internet projects, and also as the editor-in-chief of the TASS website. According to the information on site Internet publications, the only material authored by Irina Sigova, released this year, is an interview with Viktor Bout entitled “If there was a chance, I would run without any doubt.”
