Genshin Impact update 3.8 is about to arrive, so in addition to new free Protogem codes HoYoverse has also shared information and details about what we can expect from this free expansion: new characters, mechanics, skins, events… Everything this available from July 5, which is when the new update will arrive on PS5, PS4, PC, iOS and Android.
We start with the characters that have been confirmed for this update: in the first banner the reruns of Eula and Klee will arrive, while in the second phase Scaramouche and Kokomi will be available again. There are rumors of possible characters returning to Genshin Impact, but they haven’t been confirmed yet. On the other hand, new skins have been announced for Klee and Kaeya.
New area, events and news in the card game
Also new in Genshin Impact Update 3.8 is Veluriyam Mirage, a new area of Tevyat that players will be able to explore with two new game modes: The Choo-Choo Cart, a kind of roller coaster that will travel through the new area, and the mode Preprint, which will allow us to visit a two-dimensional world with hidden treasures that we can use to redeem rewards.
