Nike has been awarded the position of technical partner from the German Football Association (DFB) for a record amount of 100 million euros per year, dethroning Adidas and shattering previous records. This new contract, which will begin in 2027 and extend until 2034, represents a doubling of the previous agreement between the DFB and Adidas and propels Germany to the top of the ranking of nations with the most lucrative equipment supplier contracts.
A €100 million per year contract for Germany with Nike
The previous record was held by France, which receives 50.5 million euros per year from Nike. England completes the podium with a contract of 37 million euros per year with Nike, consolidating the dominant position of the American brand in this area. Adidas follows with the selections of Italy (€35 million per year) and Spain (€20 million per year). Italy was until very recently under contract with Puma.

This new contract between Nike and the DFB marks a turning point in the financial landscape of football.
