Gold prices today are down 5 pounds, and 21 karat records 1000 pounds without workmanship

Gold prices in Egypt on the third day of Eid al-Adha witnessed a limited decline of about 5 pounds, so that 21 carat gold fell from 1005 to 1000 pounds per gram without adding workmanship, with the continued instability in terms of supply and demand and the availability of liquidity during the days of Eid al-Adha.

21 carat records 1000 pounds per gram.

Carat 18 records 857 pounds per gram.

24 carat records 1147 pounds per gram.

The gold pound is 8000 pounds.

Gold prices at the end of the week’s trading moved in Egypt about 25 pounds to the upside, against the backdrop of the rise in gold prices globally to levels of 1740 dollars, compared to a decline to 1716 levels, due to the decline in the performance of the dollar, which is reflected in the price of gold in the global stock market.

The new estimated increase in value-added tax on gold factories will increase the average value of workmanship on a gram of 21 carat gold to become 44 pounds, and the value of the value-added tax due on it will be 6.16 pounds.

The average workmanship of a gram of 24 and 18 karat gold is 66 pounds, provided that the value of the value-added tax due on it is 9.24 pounds, and the average value of workmanship on a 14-karat gram will rise to 55 pounds and a tax is due on it 7.7 pounds, and the price of workmanship on a 12-karat gram will reach 49.5 pounds, and the value-added tax on it is 6.93 pounds, while a gram of 9 caliber will raise the price of its manufacture to 33 pounds, provided that a value-added tax of 5.62 pounds will be obtained from it.
