Itamarna app will now be replaced by Nusuk app

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has decided to discontinue the Itamarna app, which was used till last year to provide various services to the pilgrims, and to make all the services related to the pilgrims available through the Nusuk app. The ministry said the decision to drop the Itamarna app is to facilitate the registration process of pilgrims. Nusuk app is simpler and more convenient than Itamarna app. At present, domestic Hajj pilgrims register for the pilgrimage through the Nusuk app.

How to register in the app?

The Ministry has clarified the registration process through Nusuk app. Log in to the Ministry of Hajj website, select the Nusuk app, select Reservations from the Hajj Services menu, and select the ‘Create a New Reservation’ icon. After that once the pilgrims accept the terms and conditions, they can view the details of all the Hajj packages and select a suitable package. The app can also add Hajj companions or Mahrams like husband, father, brother and son for women. Then add the bank account, mode of payment of fee and whether to make full payment or installments. On completion of reservation, individuals will receive an SMS message on their registered phone number. The reservation details will also be visible on the user’s dashboard.
