The lawyer for Naziha Mahmoudi’s ex-husband, who accuses him of keeping their children in Dubai for five years, reacts on behalf of the father. “He strongly denies and wishes to bring serenity back to his children as quickly as possible”, declares Me Christophe Marchand.

At the beginning of May, we echoed the tragedy of Naziha Mahmoudi. This 40-year-old mother has not seen her children since July 21, 2017. Ibrahim and Nohe, now aged 11 and 13, are being held by their father in Dubai, according to the latter’s accusations.

The Brussels courts recently awarded an international arrest warrant against the father for child abduction.
