Land DH learns that the prosecution is asking the Brussels council chamber to refer to the criminal court, in particular for forgery by a civil servant, the mayor until recently (Hervé Doyen left office last Thursday) of the Brussels municipality of Jette . The prosecution is also suing the former Jettois municipal secretary Paul-Marie Empain, as well as the former director of municipal works, Eric J., 63 years old.
The three are suspected of having, being civil servants or public officers, in the exercise of their functions, falsified the chronology of the presence of asbestos in the corridor of a municipal school, the Aurore school, a nursery and primary school located rue Maurice Van Rolleghem, in the north of the town.
