The lawyer for Hiromi Rollin, who presents herself as the partner of Alain Delon, estimated in a letter sent to the courts that the decisions taken by the actor’s children could “characterize facts of attempted voluntary homicide” .
Friday, Me Yassine Bouzrou, counsel for Hiromi Rollin, sent a six-page letter requesting the opening of an investigation to the Montargis prosecutor, not far from the residence in Douchy (Loiret) where the actor, aged 88, lives. years old and in declining health since a stroke in 2019.
Me Bouzrou estimates that “the treatment to stabilize the development of the lymphoma he suffers from has not been administered to him since July 2023, i.e. more than six months”.
Also, “the rapid and serious deterioration of his state of health appears directly linked to this lack of follow-up of treatment”, denounces Me Bouzrou.
“It follows from these elements that the children of Mr. Alain Delon could not be unaware that stopping the treatment for lymphoma would have the immediate consequence of deteriorating his state of health and that this would precipitate the death of their father,” further denounces the Hiromi Rollin’s lawyer.
The latter was expelled from the Douchy home on July 5, 2023 by the three children of Alain Delon, who had also filed a complaint against her, in particular for violence against a vulnerable person and abuse of weakness against their father. These complaints were closed without further action.
A decision taken without the advice of doctors
Friday, the Montargis prosecutor Jean-Cédric Gaux announced that he had mandated a doctor to assess the state of health of Alain Delon with a view to a possible measure of legal protection requested by the actor and his son Anthony.

A family torn apart
For more than a week, the star’s three children have been tearing each other apart, in the media or through legal action.
His sons, Anthony, 59, and Alain-Fabien, 29, believe that Delon is manipulated by their sister, Anouchka, 33, who allegedly hid his state of health from them. And would like to bring him back to Switzerland to avoid paying too much tax on the inheritance, accuses Anthony.
Anouchka, for her part, blames her brothers for endangering the life of the actor of “La Piscine” and “Cheetah” and claims to have wanted to take their father to Switzerland so that he could continue to be treated there.
