Hyundai and Kia will jointly support this year’s Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand as FIFA’s Official Mobility Partners. 371 vehicles are planned to transport teams, officials, VIPs and guests between venues, 235 in Australia and 136 in New Zealand. The official handover is scheduled for July 3 at Australia Stadium in Sydney. The Hyundai Motor Group had already announced in May that it would extend its partnership with the World Football Association until 2030.

Hyundai Motor will also provide vehicles for the Trophy Tour when it stops in the cities of Hamilton, Wellington and Dunedin. The Trophy Tour started in Japan on February 25 and will travel to all 32 countries participating in the World Cup. The graduation will take place from July 13th to 15th in the capital of New Zealand.

In addition, Hyundai Motor Company will once again collaborate with the Fifa Museum as part of its sponsorship. After the World Cup special exhibitions in Moscow (2018), Paris (2019) and Doha (2022), this is the fourth cooperation. The exhibition will be on display at the Fifa Fan Festival in Sydney for the duration of the tournament and will show the development of the Women’s World Cup. (awm)
