Claire discusses low temperature cooking this week in her class. Célia was supposed to supervise the 1st year students… but she doesn’t mind that after Hortense’s disappearance. Claire tells Célia to reassure her that Mehdi and Daniel have gone to the gendarmerie… but they can’t do anything because Hortense is an adult.
Tom and Celia butt heads. Celia thinks Tom is a loser.
Mehdi tells his 4 truths to Daniel Rochemont who always wants to decide the future
Constance looks at the guitars…she tells Charlene that she was doing well when she was young. Constance wants to do a guitar course this summer. Emmanuel and Charlène say that she might not be in her place with the teenagers. Constance is disgusted that they don’t support her.
Landiras takes care of Constance, he listens to her
Gaetan meets Hortense in the street…he asks her to reassure her friends and family. Hortense tells him that she wants to be alone but she is close to being unwell. Hortense can’t stand up. Gaetan takes Hortense home to watch over her house. Hortense agrees to send a message to the parents to reassure her.
Laetitia is excited about the prom
Lisandro summons the teachers to announce that the entire teaching team is invited to the prom. Emmanuel does not want to come, because he represents authority.
Hortense tells Gaetan that food is sacred at the institute… suddenly she feels like an ogre. Hortense no longer controls anything and her father wants to lock her up with a clinic.
Gaetan is cooking pan-fried zucchini with rice…but he tells her that it won’t be premium cooking because he didn’t go to the institute.
Teyssier has decided not to come to the prom
Jasmine continues to lash out at Salome telling her that she’s taking everything for prom. Salome tries to
Constance tells Landiras that she no longer intends to go back to the guitar…because she won’t have a place in an internship. Zacharie says that she should get a private teacher if the opinion of others is important. Constance says she doesn’t want to look back. Zacharie says he’s going to find something good for Constance.
Mehdi is worried about Hortense
Hortense tells Gaetan that Hugues has been released from prison. She tells him that at first she liked him, she didn’t think it couldn’t end like this. Hortense is in tears…she wonders if the bulimia has returned because of this affair with Hugues.
Hortense admits to Gaetan “When I eat, I go numb. It’s like turning my brain off. Gaetan thinks that Hortense is in no condition to see Hugues and that he is dangerous.
Gaetan leaves for his class at the institute and Hortense promises to wait for him.
Jasmine confides in Axel, he is drunk by Salomé who puts her nose everywhere. Jasmine feels like she’s lost control of the evening and has been replaced by Salomé and Anaïs.
Axel tells Jasmine that he thinks he’s not coming to the ball. He already passes for an upstart, he does not want to pass for a big profiteer by going to the ball.
Landiras tells Lisandro that he created a pastry shop thinking of a woman he loved a few years ago. Zacharie says he’s falling in love with her again…and that’s not good news because she’s married.
Gaetan tries to take care of Hortense but in the end she doesn’t listen to him
