She notes that the positive judicial practice on recognizing as illegal refusals to conduct an examination after 27 years of age comes from the fact that the current legislation does not establish a direct ban on the repeated medical examination of citizens over 27 years of age who were previously recognized as limited fit for military service and enrolled in the reserve.

“Requirements for the application are not established by law, therefore it can be drawn up in a free form, setting out the requirements on the merits and legal grounds,” emphasizes Klavdiya Bakumenko.
She clarifies that before the start of the examination, those who are partially fit for military service undergo the following mandatory diagnostic studies in medical organizations of the state and municipal health care systems: fluorography (X-ray) of the lungs in 2 projections (relevant for the last 6 months) with a mandatory presentation at examination of fluorograms (roentgenograms) or the results of a fluorographic (radiological) examination on digital media. As well as a general (clinical) blood test, a general urinalysis, electrocardiography at rest.
