Among its various benefits, the paid plan Telegram — called Telegram Premium — allows you to use extra features in Stories of the messenger.
Among them, there is the possibility of keeping publications up for longer, using invisible mode and adding larger subtitles, for example. Another cool extra allows save your Stories from other people in your gallery — as long as they are unprotected.

Open Telegram on your iPhone or iPad and, in the “Chats” tab, select the bubble where the desired contact is being shown (and which contains the Story).
Then, when you are on the desired photo or video, tap the button represented by three dots (in the top right corner) and choose the option to save locally. On iPhone/iPad it is “Save to Gallery”, while on Mac it is “Save Media…”.
Keep in mind that you may have to allow Telegram to access your photo and video library when saving a post for the first time.
