Therefore, during the day this Wednesday, the mayor indicated that she regrets the words used by the director.
“In the first place, I want very strongly to say that we are sorry that the people who have felt legitimately carried away in their dignity by the words used,” he said.
In addition, he added that the officials of the municipality of Curanilahue gave all their support to the director of Dideco.
“Also we want to give you the support to our director of Community Development (…)”, he sentenced.
Likewise, the communal chief asked the community to understand the message behind Jarpa’s words.
“That is why we want to send you this message and that the reason behind these words is also understood and that you avoid misrepresenting and taking this as something political.“, he indicated.
Jarpa’s Message
It should be noted that the director of the Dideco de Curanilahue communicated on her social networks that “the work to improve the dignified conditions of all takes much longer, especially now when democracy decided not to take an important step, but I wish with all the hope that even some of them, of those desires and minimum rights come true one day and soon”.
Therefore, the mayor assured that Jarpa’s statements are due to an increase in the level of frustration, because of the 20 requests they receive, they can only solve a few.
“Many of the officials and officials feel a tremendous level of frustration because of every 10 or 20 requests that come to us for poems we can cover – with very high difficulty – 1% of them,” he explained.
In this way, he urged the community to understand the level of frustration they feel and stressed that everyone can make a mistake.
