The lawyer for the young women between 19 and 21 years old who were inside a car that a woman climbed into in the middle of the Beltway of Córdoba capital announced this Thursday that he will file a criminal complaint and assured: “I could have killed anyone.”

In dialogue with Miter CórdobaAníbal Parrini stated that the incident began in Circunvalación and Camino San Carlos and extended to the Villa Unión area. He provided details of what happened Sunday afternoon.

“At 7:30 p.m., the woman was driving in the left lane at very low speed, with a wandering gait. One of my clients flashed lights at her, the woman stuck out her hand and started gesturing. Then, the driver moved to the right lane and moved forward because this woman was traveling at a very low speed and braked. They passed her at a distance of 200, 300 meters and returned to the left lane and this woman accelerated unexpectedly and They were placed at a reckless distance and with an attempt to collide,” he explained.

And, he added: “They accelerated to avoid the collision, they moved to the right and a chase began between a Murano truck against a 208. It was a danger.”

The lawyer questioned the woman’s attitude and considered: “She could have killed anyone, it was done with total disregard for the lives of others.”

He said that the girls escaped “through a roller and this woman took the bridge, overtook them on the roller and threw the car at them to stop them, there she approached them again before taking the Circunvalación access, twice she climbed on the hood, it was not just once,” he said.

As he explained, “the woman wanted them to give her the car papers and she maintained that they were drunk.”

Twelve minutes later, the Police arrived at the scene.

“The woman won her position with the Police, she told her version and the officers performed a breathalyzer test on her after asking for the documentation of the fleeing vehicle. She gave a breathalyzer test to all three of them, all three of them tested negative and they tried to give a test to the woman who for 20 minutes was a string of excuses for not blowing into the mouthpiece. And when they finally did it, she tested positive,” she said.

The lawyer said he has witnesses and footage of what happened.

In addition, he confirmed that he will file a criminal complaint and highlighted: “There is no justifiable violence and nothing that justifies what the lady did. “We all have problems, but we cannot justify violence.”

What happened on the Córdoba Beltway

Three young people lived a chilling moment while walking along Circunvalación Avenue in Córdoba last weekend. They were chased by a woman who, according to her testimonies that went viral in a video on social networks, was driving at more than 150 kilometers per hour to try to reach them.

Three people were traveling in the pursued car, who recorded everything that happened on film. According to one of them, Ana Fracchia, it was an intoxicated woman who chased them for 20 minutes with the intention of turning their vehicle over and throwing it off the street.

When she managed to reach the car, the woman began to hit the windshield of the vehicle.

In the video, one of the victims said: “La Pau was going in the fast lane, the mine pulled out to pass a car, we flashed the lights and the woman started to put her hand out. She almost threw us off the bridge. Now she got out and she is hitting the car.”

“These videos demonstrate what happened after the chase in two situations where we were forced to stop because at the time we were in danger,” he added.
