And she continued: “I started in the field of weapons and land, then the field of falcons,” noting that the King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival did not have any previous female participation, but she was keen to participate not only with the aim of winning, but also in order to make a mark for women in this field.

She pointed out that the prices of falcons vary, as some are expensive, some are average, and others are acceptable, and that she has her own personal stud.

She added, “Had it not been for the King Abdul Aziz Festival, it would not have emerged, and there would not have been such a fuss about women entering the field of falconry,” explaining that she is keen to revive and preserve this popular heritage because it is linked to Arab identity and culture.

She indicated that she will participate in the next season, and that one of the most important elements of winning is choosing a good falcon, continuous training, and spending most of the time with birds on the ground, adding that the matter is financially costly, but it is related to passion.
