Placed under the aegis of the Ministry of National Land Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, ImmoTech-Proptech Expo, the very first Proptech Exhibition in Morocco, was initiated by Mubawab, one of the main real estate platforms in Morocco, in collaboration with the RENT label and “PropTech Expo”, which is a major player in the organization of PropTech Fairs in Europe.
“After having successfully met the challenge of organizing the first Expo around Proptech in French-speaking Africa, we decided, this year, to be even more ambitious by internalizing “ImmoTech – Proptech Expo”. Thanks to the partnership with the RENT Show, we aspire to become the unmissable event for all real estate professionals and PropTech players,” writes Kevin Gormand, CEO and co-founder of Mubawab, in a press release.
On the program, eight conferences will be led by renowned experts, addressing various subjects such as the opportunities offered by Proptech, technology at the service of real estate, Data, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Fintech, and many others. Eight masterclasses are also planned to allow companies to directly present their solutions, services and products to their target audience. The show takes place at the Garden Event, near the Morocco Mall.
At the end of this event, the organizers plan to organize a competition aimed at rewarding the best innovation in the field of developing digital PropTech solutions. This competition will be open to all participants, the winner will be offered a free stand at the next RENT Show, which will be held in Paris on November 8 and 9, 2023.
