Al-Marsad newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death sentence as retribution for one of the perpetrators in the Jazan region, and the text of the statement follows:
God Almighty said: (O you who have believed, retribution for those killed is prescribed for you) the verse.

Hasan Abdulaziz Attia Nassar, a Jordanian national, killed Hussein bin Jaber bin Salem al-Maliki, a Saudi national, by hitting his face and suffocating him, which led to his death.
With the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in accusing him of committing his crime. By fulfilling the retribution, and confirming the judgment from his reference, then appending to the judgment deed that the minors have reached the maturity of the heirs, and their claim, along with the rest of the heirs, to complete the retribution from the offender. This was supported by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. .
The death sentence was carried out as retribution for the offender / Hassan Abdulaziz Attia Nassar today, Tuesday, 14/7/1443 AH in Jizan city, Jazan region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, as announcing this, to assure everyone the keenness of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – may God protect him – to establish security, achieve justice, and implement the provisions of God in everyone who transgresses once morest the safe and sheds their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who is tempted to do the same that Legitimate punishment will be his fate.
