Martínez expanded his concepts, pointing out that “by incorporating education and research into any hospital, it will significantly improve the quality of care, because doctors are motivated by students and teachers” and stressed that “in the medium term, young people will not emigrate so much”.
In another order, he explained that the implementation process foresees various stages.
