Al-Marsad Newspaper: Nutrition consultant Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman revealed several foods that strengthen memory, delay aging and resist Alzheimer’s.
Al-Othman explained, in a video posted to him via TikTok, that this nutrition includes: fish of all kinds, especially salmon, and nuts of all kinds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
In addition to turmeric, olive and coconut oil, as well as berries, cranberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Vegetables include broccoli, cabbage, red cabbage, spinach, radishes, red beans, whole grains, wheat, corn, barley, oats and millet.
