Al-Marsad newspaper: Clinical nutritionist Dina Salama revealed the reason why the elderly in America enjoy good health, stressing that they stay away from eating foods full of fat.

She explained during her meeting on the “Sabah Al-Saudia” program on the Saudi channel, that foods with a high percentage of sugar and fats are unhealthy, calling for focus on eating fruits.

And she called for organizing the eating process to allow eating the largest amount of vegetables, adding: There must be a green salad in every meal so that a person does not suffer from constipation problems.

She added: The more a person grows, the more his immune system weakens, and all colors of fruits must be eaten to strengthen the immune system.
