A study by an international statistical organization stated that India outperformed the China In terms of population at the beginning of 2023. And the office explained in a statement that the population of China last year decreased by 850,000 people, amid a sharp decline in the number of newborns.
It should be noted that 9.56 million newborns were born, compared to 10.41 million deaths recorded in all of China, last year, according to official data.
