Indra Bekti is currently being treated in intensive care at Abdi Waluyo Hospital, Jakarta, after experiencing a brain hemorrhage on Wednesday (28/12) morning.
The presenter, who is familiarly called Bekti, was unconscious in the bathroom of the office where he was broadcasting after admitting he was dizzy.
Indy Barends, as Bekti’s best friend, immediately visited the hospital to find out about Bekti’s current condition.
When meeting with reporters after seeing his friend’s condition, Indy told the chronology that Bekti was dizzy and finally lost consciousness.

“This morning, Bekti broadcast the radio around 8 o’clock. So during the broadcast, Bekti complained that she had a headache and kept going to the bathroom because she said she wanted to poop,” said Indy Barends.
“When Bekti went to the bathroom, why didn’t he return to the broadcast room for a long time? After checking with the broadcast team, the bathroom door was locked from the inside and dismantled,” he continued.
Indy, who couldn’t hold back her tears, said that Bekti was found sitting in the toilet in an unconscious condition.
“Indeed, Bekti was still pooping, but already in a sleeping position, unconscious. In such circumstances everyone took quick action and Bekti was immediately taken to the emergency room,” he explained in a sobbing voice.
Furthermore, Indy said Adila Jelita, Bekti’s wife, and family were already at the hospital to accompany the treatment process.
“Everything in the family is there, but the children don’t come. The wife must be shocked, I just as a friend can’t stand a situation like this,” he concluded.
