Last Saturday, Cristian was attacked by two of his classmates at the mechanics school he attended to learn how to repair motorcycles.
They poured gasoline on his legs and set him on fire with a lighter, causing his legs and genitals to burn. He was taken to a private clinic in Texcoco and, unable to pay for his hospitalization, his family decided to take him to another public institution.
The two alleged perpetrators of the attack have not been arrested.
