The man is suspected of having intentionally hit a sex worker born in 1999. The young woman was leaning against a car when she was run over by the suspect. Several witnesses allowed the identification of the car and in the process, that of the suspect. A dispute between the two people would be at the origin of what the prosecution qualifies as attempted murder.
