Vivo sub-brand iQOO is preparing to launch its Neo11 Ultra and Z11s smartphones in China on August 18, 2026, bringing custom MediaTek Dimensity chipsets, massive battery capacities of up to 10,000mAh, and advanced display technologies to the competitive mobile market.

Ahead of their official rollout, iQOO has detailed the hardware engine driving its upcoming flagship device. The Neo11 Ultra will run on a custom octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset built on an advanced 3nm process, developed specifically for the smartphone through a co-development partnership between the tech firm and the chipmaker. The processor features an all-big-core CPU architecture designed to handle demanding workflows.
To extract maximum capability from the silicon, the handset integrates a next-generation architecture directly into the MediaTek processor. According to company announcements on Weibo, the hardware adjustments aim to achieve top-tier performance and power efficiency
during sustained use.
Display Innovations and Advanced Eye Protection
Beyond raw processing power, the Neo11 Ultra introduces notable screen engineering. The device is set to launch as the world’s first phone equipped with a display utilizing F2 luminescent material. The panel delivers up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness across the entire screen, coupled with a 98 percent first frame brightness ratio designed to maintain outdoor visibility.
Eye safety and viewing comfort also take center stage in the display specifications. The screen claims to emit less than 5 percent harmful blue light while introducing a new circular polarised light system intended to mimic natural illumination. With a minimum brightness floor of 1 nit, the display accommodates low-light environments while housing its advanced panel within a 9.13mm chassis featuring a matte metal frame and R-corners.
Battery Endurance and Companion iQOO Z11s Specifications
Endurance figures separate the two devices heading into the August 18 release window. The Neo11 Ultra packs a 9,100mAh battery cell, while its stablemate, the iQOO Z11s, steps up with an even larger 10,000mAh battery. The Z11s shifts to a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset to anchor its everyday efficiency, offering a distinct alternative to the Ultra tier.
Both handsets are slated to operate on OriginOS 6 out of the box, ensuring a unified software ecosystem for users transitioning between the models. The Neo11 Ultra further incorporates robust physical durability with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
