Dr. Kwong graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 1988, according to reporting by Dimsum Daily.
The alumni association of Bishop Hall Jubilee School, where Kwong studied, published a social media tribute praising his years of dedicated service in surgery. The memorial will take place at the Lui Che Woo Lecture Theatre, located on the second floor of the Lui Che Woo Clinical Sciences Building at Prince of Wales Hospital.
