After Israel’s attack on the Iranian embassy in Syria, Iran is likely to retaliate, according to the American newspaper, Iran may attack Israel in the next 24 to 48 hours.
The latest escalation came after Iran vowed to retaliate for the attack on its consulate in Damascus, Syria, and Iran threatened Israel within the next 48 hours, the Wall Street General report said. A direct attack was suggested.
Indian media say that India has banned its citizens from traveling to Iran and the Middle East. While India has also issued a travel advisory in this regard.
On April 1, Israeli warplanes attacked the Iranian consulate in Damascus, killing a top Iranian military commander and six officers. After which Iran blamed Israel for the attack, while Israel has not publicly acknowledged or denied its role in the attack.
US not involved in Damascus attack, White House
The US has made it clear to Iran that the US is not involved in the Damascus attack.
The White House press secretary, Ryan Jean-Pierre, said that the United States does not want this conflict to spread, and that Iran should not use the Damascus attack as an excuse to escalate the conflict or attack American facilities.
US Secretary of State Antony Blanken made contacts with Turkish, Chinese and Saudi counterparts during the 24 hours.

On the other hand, the American administration became active on the Iran-Israel tension in the Middle East.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian contacted German, British and Australian counterparts and discussed the situation in the Middle East.
Hossein Amir Abdullahian said that the counter-reaction to the attack on the Iranian embassy in Syria is justified, when Israel breaks diplomatic and international law, it should be prepared to react.
The German Foreign Minister appealed to Iran to exercise restraint in the situation in the Middle East.
British Foreign Secretary David Cameron’s warning to Iran
On the other hand, British Foreign Secretary David Cameron warned Iran not to push the Middle East towards a major conflict, worried that these miscalculations would fuel the fire further.
