She added that children of 18 to 21 years old can travel accompanied by one of the parents or with the consent of one of them, while the legal age for travel without a travel permit is 21 years or more in the Hijri calendar.
And she added, all the procedures for obtaining a travel permit for children under the age of 21 can be identified from the “Absher” platform.
