Someone who uses a computer in their daily activities, whether for work, education or hobbies, must still pay attention to health principles to avoid various health problems.
Working in healthy conditions will provide better work results than unhealthy work. Safety in a guaranteed work environment will foster workers’ comfort in working so they will get good results. Definition of K3LH
Health, occupational safety and the environment (K3LH) is an effort to protect workers so that workers are always healthy and safe while carrying out their work in the workplace, including other people who enter the workplace and the production process runs safely. K3LH is implemented in an effort to prevent the possibility of accidents and work-related illnesses. The main reason companies implement K3LH is to fulfill workers’ human rights, reduce workers’ economic burden, and is required by the Labor Law.

K3LH objectives
1. Protect and guarantee workers their right to safety when carrying out work for the welfare of life and increasing work productivity.
2. Maintain production resources so that they can be used safely and efficiently.

Influencing factors
Factors that influence occupational health and safety are clean drinking water, ventilation, heating, cooling the workplace or work space, accident prevention, fire prevention, adequate nutrition, colored lighting and workplace noise.
Responsible for K3LH
Company management is the party most responsible regarding K3LH. Some responsibilities will be delegated successively to lower levels. Each workplace, work environment and type of work has its own K3LH characteristics and requirements.
Program K3LH
The K3LH program must be created based on real conditions in the workplace according to potential dangers, nature, activities, culture, financial capabilities, etc. The K3LH program is specifically designed to suit the needs of each company. Implementation of K3LH should not be considered waste or additional costs.

2. Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 5 of 1996 concerning Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems.
