Tel Aviv: Protests are strong in Israel demanding the release of hostages. Relatives of the hostages are protesting in front of Defense Minister Yves Gallant’s office. Meanwhile, the Israeli War Cabinet discussed the next steps in Gaza and the positions to be taken following the war.

The plan is to destroy Hamas’ tunnels and attack centers in northern Gaza. It has been decided to continue the attack, including targeting Hamas leaders in southern Gaza. There are indications that it has been decided to take the position of wanting a Palestinian government without the presence of Hamas following the war. Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that Arab countries including Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar and the US can lead the reconstruction of Gaza.

Meanwhile, Israel continues its heavy offensive in Gaza, with the Gaza Ministry of Health confirming that 125 people have been killed in the past 24 hours. 32 people were killed in Khan Yunis alone. The Israeli army has confirmed that three more people who went missing on October 7 have been captured by Hamas.
