It causes many diseases.. “The tiger” warns against drinking less water and explains the amount a person needs daily

Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, consultant and professor of cardiology and arterial catheterization, revealed the dangers of not drinking enough water on a regular basis, as he stressed that this could lead to many diseases, including: kidney failure, blood viscosity, hypotension and high gout.

Al-Nimr added in response to a follower’s query about his feeling of some knee pain while walking due to the lack of drinking water, pointing to the necessity of drinking water daily regularly and visiting the doctor for examinations regarding the complaint.

He advised drinking enough water of 2.5 – 3 liters per day, noting that otherwise may lead to dehydration, which provokes a migraine attack.

Al-Nimr also explained that the amount of water that the same person needs daily is not a fixed amount in milliliters, it does not increase or decrease.. Rather, it is affected by the air temperature, humidity, the activity he performs, the amount of sweating, the presence of diseases/medicine…etc. And there is no single measure for that.. But the closest to the accuracy is until the color of the urine becomes transparent (it has no color).
