The list of foods and their benefits is as follows.
1- Garlic.. prevents the deposition of cholesterol inside the walls of the arteries.
2- Pomegranate.. prevents strokes and heart attacks.
3- Lentils.. a good source of potassium and prevents cholesterol.
4- Oranges.. rich in vitamins and fiber that prevent cholesterol deposition.
5- Almonds.. protects against heart disease and diabetes.
6- Sardines.. helps prevent atherosclerosis because it contains omega-3.
7- Beets or red beets.. rich in antioxidants.
8- Avocado .. rich in antioxidants.
9 – Chocolate .. contains a high percentage of antioxidants.
10- Turmeric: It prevents heart enlargement, is anti-inflammatory, and prevents high blood pressure.
