While holding a press conference with Malik Ahmed Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Atta Tarar said that the work of the Parliament is to enact legislation, the Parliament passed the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill and it was stopped by the court, stopping the work of the Parliament. We think it is unconstitutional.

Atta Tarar said that some objections were raised during the hearing in the court, on which the court has asked for a written reply, the Pakistan Bar has raised an objection to the inclusion of Justice Mazahar in the bench, a bench of 7 senior judges should be formed on this matter. Under the same Act, the powers of the Chief Justice have been limited, is it not a conflict of interest to hear a case related to himself, justice should be seen to be done, there are also objections in the bail case of Parvez Elahi.

Special Assistant Malik Ahmad Khan said that the code of conduct of the Supreme Court should be followed, the Parliament has its own powers, there is no ban on automatic notices in the law, the political leadership decided that the elections should be held at one time.

Malik Ahmed Khan further said that all kinds of relief are being provided to Imran Khan and his party, he stopped the investigation of corruption cases through a stay, Chairman PTI used the medical donation for political purposes. He himself has admitted that he used the money for politics.

The Special Assistant said that for 4 years the occupying group dominated the country, Parvez Elahi and his cabinet set records of corruption in Punjab.
