From the Union of Public Health Professionals of Neuquén (SIprosapune) they denounced that there is in the province a hospital crisis due to the lack of supplies, medicines, and human resources. This Tuesday they maintain a strike in health establishments. They targeted the Government and the head of the ATE union, Carlos Quintriqueo.
“We do not know how much you know about health (Carlos Quintriqueo) but if we steal 2.2% of the salary of the workers in concept of collective use of work, every month since 2018 (to more than 12 thousand health workers), and we know that they are dDeciding from that union who enters the health system or not “, accused john ferrariSecretary General of Siprosapune.
In dialogue with the “Arranquemos” program of RIO NEGRO RADIO, he also took strong action against the Collective Bargaining Agreement that the Government signed with the ATE union. He maintained that SIprosapune and the Nursing Union were not present at the discussion. He added that, on the other hand, the Professional Career bill “was left in a box.”
He affirmed that there is in the province a “emptying in all professions” and lack of supplies.
“Human resources is one of the main problems that has been in the province for years and has increased in the last five years, thanks to the disastrous policies of a so-called collective labor agreement,” said Ferrari.
He said that the resignation of health professionals in the public system and that they migrate to the private system has to do with “with a lack of containment, and poor working and salary conditions in the province”. At the same time, he assured that they enter “workers without competition, defined by that union (ATE) ” while “they favor policies of flexibility and weakening of exclusive dedication and strengthening of companies that profit from health”.
Regarding the lack of elements, Ferrari assured that they say from the Government that “it is a macroeconomic problem, of import, when the majority of the drugs are of national production”, assured Ferrari.
